# AtOneGo Financial - Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions Welcome to the AtOneGo Financial Affiliate Program! By submitting your application, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. ### 1. Affiliate Commission & Payments 1.1 **Commission Eligibility:** Commissions are earned strictly when a referred customer clicks your unique tracking link and completes a successful, verified payment for an eligible A1Go service. 1.2 **Payment Success:** The commission will only be credited to your affiliate account after the customer's payment is fully processed, settled, and confirmed by our payment gateway. 1.3 **Refund Clawback Clause:** If a referred customer requests a refund or initiates a chargeback that is granted by AtOneGo Financial, any commission associated with that transaction will be **revoked**. If the commission has not yet been paid out, it will be deducted from your pending balance. If it has already been paid out, it will be deducted from your future earnings. 1.4 **Minimum Payout:** You must reach the minimum payout threshold (as displayed on your application form and dashboard) before a withdrawal can be requested or processed. 1.5 **Payout Method:** Payouts will be transferred directly to the Bank Account details provided in your application. ### 2. Know Your Customer (KYC) & Data Collection 2.1 **Required Information:** To comply with local tax and financial regulations, all affiliates must provide accurate personal information, including Full Name, Sex, Date of Birth, and a valid NRIC/ID Number. 2.2 **Privacy:** Your personal data will be processed securely in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and used solely for the purpose of identity verification, tax reporting, and processing affiliate payouts. ### 3. Program Rules & Restrictions 3.1 **Self-Referrals:** You may not use your own affiliate link to purchase services for yourself. Self-referrals will be voided and will not generate a commission. 3.2 **Ethical Promotion:** Affiliates must not use spam, deceptive marketing, or misrepresent AtOneGo Financial's services. Misleading advertising will result in immediate termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of pending earnings. 3.3 **Right of Termination:** AtOneGo Financial reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we detect fraudulent activity, violation of these terms, or any action that damages the brand's reputation.
