1. Satisfaction Guarantee
At AtOneGo Financial, we are committed to providing high-quality financial blueprints and coaching services. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
2. Digital Blueprints (Basic & Premier)
Because the Basic and Premier Financial Blueprints are generated dynamically and delivered immediately upon completion of the questionnaire, these purchases are generally non-refundable once the blueprint has been generated. However, if you encounter technical issues that prevent the generation of your blueprint, please contact our support team within 7 days for a full refund or system credit.
3. Coaching and Workshop Sessions
For one-on-one coaching and workshop packages, you may request a full refund up to 48 hours before your first scheduled session. If a refund is requested within 48 hours of the session, a 30% cancellation fee will apply. No refunds will be provided after the first session has been attended.
4. Process for Requesting a Refund
To initiate a refund, please send an email to our support team containing your name, email address, transaction receipt, and the reason for the refund request. We aim to process all approved refunds within 5-7 business days.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
